SolaireDirect, now owned by renewbales firm ENGIE won solar power project of 75MW in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
SolaireDirect had won the project in reverse e-auction conducted by Solar Energy Corporation Limited (SECI) at a set tariff of Rs 4.43 per Kwh on the viability gap funding of INR7.435 million/MW.
This 75 MW solar power project is a part of combined capacity of 440 MW at various locations in Uttar Pradesh.
50 MW has already been allocated to RattanIndia on the viability gap funding of INR7.499 million/MW in that bidding SolaireDirect missed out from winning the capacity with a very narrow difference on quoted VGF of INR7.5 million/MW. And Five bids for 265 MW are still there to go.
